I am a Norwegian national who have worked eight years in the UK where I have resided with my wife Sirinan Sektnan for the last five years. I have been assigned the task in our company to create a shared services department. This job is in the Headquarter in Oslo and we have applied for a residence permit for Norway for my wife. This takes about six months. As work has progressed we have landed on creating the main part of the shared services team in Vilnius and I have spent the last two weeks here interviewing people and negotiating for offices. We are looking to invest in 18 people initially and double that over the next year. I have discussed the situation with our CEO and we are looking at me moving permanently to Vilnius. I obviously then need to arrange for my wife to join me. Could you please advice on how we could arrange quickly for a visa so she can come here and make up her mind if she wants to move here (alternatively we will both stay in Norway). It will also be nice to know how we could approach a permanent residence permit should she agree to moving here. I cannot find any Visa page for Thailand. Looking forward to your response. Pagarbiai, Stein Ove Sektnan
