Lithuania advances investment environment, but desires more flexible labour regulation

Lithuania has made advancement on its buying into natural environment, but desires more flexible work guideline and employees with focused abilities, according to the buying into Advisory Council (IAC).

"Lithuania is a country on the rise and companies all through the world glimpse its potential," said Cynthia J. Pasky, IAC member and CEO of the IT and enterprise services enterprise Strategic Staffing Solutions. "They are investing here and chartering from Lithuania's talented workforce. We need to hold up that stride. To do so the government should modernize the work cipher and make it simpler to recruit new employees. That will decrease the administrative problem, which will convey more businesses and more occupations into Lithuania."

IAC members are furthermore expected to draw vigilance to the need for certain specialists who are in short provide on the labour market.

"The high requirements of Lithuanian workers are one of the main reasons why foreign businesses are drawn to our homeland.
