Maintenance of Danish Company
The minimum company maintenance, bookkeeping services cost about 130 EUR + VAT. As to the director, at first he/she can decide not get salary and therefore not to pay any taxes. But this cannot last forever because the Tax Inspectorate will take interest about a person’s source of livelihood. According to the laws, there is no minimum salary for a director set in Denmark. Usually, if the company is working normally, a director should earn about DKK 15.000 (EUR 2.012). Further, taxes are determined individually for each by the Tax Inspectorate as per their individual calculator and depending on a municipality where you live, on whether you are married/single and so on, but approximately: in Denmark DKK 3.500 is a tax-free amount of income. So, for example DKK 15.000 salary – DKK 3.500 = DKK 11.500 DKK, You will have to pay 8% and about 38-39% of taxes based on the said amount. Of course, at first it is possible to set a salary of DKK 5.000 (EUR 670 ). But the Tax Inspectorate can check your company due to too low salary.
How to Buy a New Company in Denmark?

3 | We prepare necessary documents for the Client to sign within a week and sends them by email (up to 7 days) |
4 | The Client prints out the documents pursuant to the instruction, signs them and sends them back to us by a post courier (it will take 7 days until we get documents) |
5 | After we receive the documents, it takes about a week to arrange a full package of documents to the Client (up to 7 days) |
6 | When the documents are ready, we scan them and sends to the Client business registration certificate by email and requests the Client for the remaining payment of 50% of total amount (it could take up to 15 minutes) |
7 | The Client pays the remaining amount (it could take up to 3 days) |
8 | We then send the documents to the Client by express courier (it could take up to 3 days) |
